Yes, glassform nails are re-usable and designed for durability.

Gently remove the nails after use and carefully file off any excess adhesive that remains on the nails.

We do not include nor sell glue, stickers, and other adhesives with our nail sets.

This decision allows you the flexibility to choose the adhesive method that best suits your preferences while reducing waste from unused complimentary glues. It also helps us keep production costs lower, enabling us to offer competitive pricing for our customers.

Shipping and Delivery

Fulfillment: Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping.

Shipping: We use UPS priority mail to ship our products to customers. On average, USA orders are delivered within 4-5 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner

Standard shipping by UPS (4-5 business days after fulfillment) is available for $5.95. Shipping is free for all orders exceeding $56.

We currently ship within the United States.

After the order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. The order's status can be tracked using the provided link.

Returns

At Delmour, we make sure our nails are of high standards of quality and conduct thorough quality checks so that our customers receive the best of what we can offer.

However, due to sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges for our Glassform Nails unless there are defects, damages to the product, or if an incorrect item is received. If there are any issues with your product please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it with you.

All of our nails are made by hand and therefore, each set is unique. Please expect slight variations in color and appearance.

If any changes need to be made, please contact our team immediately at contact@delmour.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your request. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed but the sooner we are contacted about the changes, the more likely we are to be able to fulfill them.
